Join the Village Kitchen Shoppe for the “New Flavors for Salads” cooking class with Sharon Sessler on Wednesday May 27, 2009 at 6:00pm.  Sharon will be teach you how to make fried chicken salad with a buttermilk-pumpkin seed dressing, a provencal warm potato salad with champagne vinaigrette, a cherry tomato fava-bean pasta salad, and a frozen lemon meringue ice cream with pecan-graham cracker crust.  The cost for this cooking class is $60.00
