Take a trip back in time to a Valentine’s Day during the 1940s at Glendora Village’s annual Wine Walk on Friday, Feb. 11, from 6 to 9 p.m. International wines, non-alcoholic beverages and delectable hors d’oeuvres will be served at 32 businesses throughout the Village.

The parking lot north of Nelson’s Drug will be transformed into an outdoor lounge by Outdoor Elegance of La Verne. Wine Walk attendees will dance to music by Swing 4 Sale and enjoy coffee and desserts provided by Classic Coffee. A second band will perform at the corner of Foothill and Glendora Avenue.

Guests will check in at three locations beginning at 5:45 p.m. – The Village Plaza, the parking lot just north of Southland Properties, 211 N. Glendora Ave.; and the parking lot north of Andrews, Inc., 111 N. Glendora Ave. At check-in, guests will register with their purchased ticket or receipt from an online purchase in exchange for a wine glass and a ticket lanyard with a red sticker for age verification.

Wine-tasting stations will be located at 2 One 8 Salon, Acquirevest, Allure, Andrews Inc., Blue Chair Children’s Books, Cache Salon, Coldwell Banker Millennium, Da Avere, D’Eletto Salon, Fiorina, Gateway Funding, Generation Mortgage, Glendora Interiors, Her Bestfriends Closet, Hill Top Real Estate, Kids Art, Lorisa Gardens, Marty’s Cigars, Namedroppers, NVME, Southland Properties, Two, Triple Two, Village Bridal, Village Goldsmith, and Village Kitchen Shoppe.

Non-alcoholic beverages will be served at Edward Jones and Undercovers. Hors d’ oeuvres can be savored at Classic Coffee, Domino’s Pizza, Frisella’s Roastery, Kara’s Corner Deli, Le Petit Vietnamese, Sushi n’ I, and the Village Eatery.
